Why Successful People Don't Go It Alone: The Power of Collaboration and Support in Achievement

If you think anyone successful achieved it alone, you will be learning a hard lesson 💥

There's always someone along the way that bridges the gap you couldn't - whether that's during the kickstart, within the team of collaborators taking tasks to the finish line, or because of those who bought whatever product you launched or service your provided.

If you feel alone in your business, operation, or project and would like to find your team, you do not have to go to the job postings sites and pick through countless faceless applications 🥴

There are other people who are out there right now, holding the puzzle piece you need to make your vision a reality.

As ringleader of any business, it is not your job to create all the puzzle pieces. Your job is to collect the people who can create them, nurture them into doing what they love best, and reward them for their efforts in YOUR dream.

So where do you find them?

✨ Out in THEIR world where they perform

✨ Within groups and communities that are populated by people with aligned goals

How do you find those locations?

✨ Start with a mentor who has already done something similar enough to what you want to accomplish so you have proof of competence - they're the ultimate directories for your industry

✨ Stay as present and aware as possible, pausing for self care when necessary to stay on your A-game; you'll be more open to opportunities and will be able to see them more clearly

✨ Know that you aren't the expert and stay confident in that; you're assembling the team of experts and are managing the project / business / execution of an idea

If you're looking for someone to help you either set up or optimize your kava bar, zero proof lounge, or other alcohol-free business - know that I'm here for you💡🙏
