FUNCTIONAL FLOW ACADEMY

In Marina's prior career as a dance instructor and movement coach, she developed Functional Flow Academy, a 40 day moving meditation that gives you a framework to spot what's clogging your creative process, cut what's not working, feed what is, and reignite a flame buried by stress, fear, or lack of clarity. 

Originally developed in 2014, it has evolved throughout the years to assist more than just dancers - now it is for anyone with 30 minutes a day who wants a real, structured shift in how their passion shows up in their life, especially if you feel stuck or "too busy" alone. Founders, dancers, creatives, parents, anyone mid-reinvention.

The flow state is defined as the mental state of operation in which a person is performing an act or process while being fully involved, fully immersed, and fully focused.

THE 3 KEY INGREDIENTS TO FLOW:

FRAMING (Days 1–13)

gets you honest about your energy and what you actually want.

FUELING (Days 14–26)

builds daily mechanics (ritual, rhythm, focus) that make flow repeatable.

FOCUS (Days 27–40)

is where it clicks: enter and sustain flow on command; carry it into work and relationships.

"Since I was a kid, I've felt like my life was a dance, or a movie I got to direct. That romanticized, powerful connection to everyday living is something I've always wanted to share, not just perform. This course grew out of teaching dance and movement students who kept asking the same question in different words: how do I find that feeling of flow on purpose, not by accident? 12 years ago I started building the framework. In 2020, it became this course. Since then, it has become a source of inspiration for dancers, content creators, entrepreneurs, and people looking to reconnect with themselves & their spark."
