Planning a Belated Honeymoon After a Difficult Year

Our first Valentine's Day married means WE ARE FLYING OUT OF LAS VEGAS AT 11PM TONIGHT TO GO ON AN EPIC ADVENTURE 😍😍😍

We didn't get to have a Honeymoon yet because we put all of our life energy (and savings) into every work project we've had...

2023 was a really difficult and heavy year for us, as I had a miscarriage during the summer that left a heavy and lingering depression; it caused us to dive really deeply into our work.

Going into wedding season felt so exciting, and I remember thinking "I just want to be married already!!!" But it was also so busy, that by the time November came around, we dove right back into the projects and didn't get the spaciousness we needed to properly celebrate the fact that we had JUST GOTTEN MARRIED!!

And when Wiley almost died, that's when we asked God to give us the strength to STOP IT 😤

Fast forward to today, we pack our bags with bliss and ease, knowing we've worked hard, loved hard, and absolutely need to get back out into the world with the passion and fire that brought us together 💕

We'll be spending the month of love by also celebrating two of my dearest friends' weddings 💒

BONUS: they don't even know it but they both chose kava meccas of the United States, so we will be going on a kava tourrrrrrrr, Bula! 🌺

Literally, what are the odds 🤯

God has blessed our lives 🙏

Our lil bam bams will grace us with their presence when they are ready to make their appearance, and we'll do everything we can to nourish ourselves, our families, and our home in the meantime 🍼🐥

You know that part where the DJ says "all married couples to the dance floor"? We get to do that for the first time ever... Twice this month 🥺

So this toast is to my love, for sharing this wild ride with me, for navigating the wins and losses, for helping me see the lessons in it all, for bringing me closer to God, for saving Wiley, for making me laugh, for ensuring I never starve, for believing in me, for unconditionally loving me 🥂

...and for agreeing to another crazy concept where we say that anytime we go to a rodeo, we're on our honeymoon 🐎🤠
