How fast will I get an answer?
New Q&A responses are posted at least twice a week, delivered as written answers or short Loom videos. Every question submitted through Ask the Roundtable is shared publicly and anonymously, so the whole group benefits, not just the person who asked. There is no private, 1:1 version of this.
Is this real time chat or coaching?
No. This is an asynchronous, insight-driven space. It does not include live or recurring calls, real-time chat access, 1:1 coaching, custom deliverables, or emergency same-day support. Its more like a members-only, interactive industry news & resource feed.
What can I actually ask about?
Non-alcoholic business strategy, menu design and positioning, operations and workflows, industry trends, scaling considerations, and founder decision-making. Marina is not a lawyer, accountant, insurance broker, or medical professional, and cannot give legal, tax, insurance, or medical advice. What you will get is real-world experience, how similar situations are commonly handled, and the right questions to bring to a licensed professional.
What's actually in an industry watch report?
Honestly, it's the stuff Marina texts people about before it ever makes it into a blog post. A supplier quietly changing their sourcing. A brand doing something smart with packaging that's about to get copied everywhere. A state starting to ask questions about an ingredient nobody's paying attention to yet. You'll get it as a quick read or a private podcast episode so you're not the last one to know when something in this industry moves.
What's an anonymous case study look like in this context?
It's a real situation Marina has actually worked through with someone, told honestly, including the part where the first fix didn't work. She strips out anything that could identify who it was, because the point was never to talk about a specific person's business. It's so you can read it and think "wait, that's happening to me right now," ideally before it costs you what it cost them.
