𝚂𝙴𝚅𝙰/𝙶𝙸𝙵𝚃 𝚃𝙾 𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙼𝚄𝙽𝙸𝚃𝚈: Functional Flow w/ the Melbourne Shuffle. Find your flow with a 5 step, easy to learn dance style that can be learned by ANYONE of ANY age (even if you have two left feet ;) this class is for you, too!)
𝙸𝙽𝚃𝙴𝙽𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽: To help people help themselves! I love being able to provide a tool that can help for a lifetime but takes less than an hour to learn how to use :)
𝙲𝙻𝙰𝚂𝚂/𝚆𝙾𝚁𝙺𝚂𝙷𝙾𝙿 𝙳𝙴𝚂𝙲𝚁𝙸𝙿𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽:
T-steps, runningman, slides / glides, kicks, and turns - that's all you need in order to rock the dance floor with confidence and ease. While this footwork looks cool, it also serves as a great conditioning technique to increase your coordination, confidence, energy levels, and overall health of posture.
When you learn how to increase the pivot potential of your ankles and hips, you are able to unblock those yucky tension points that lead to chronic lower back pain (which is THE most common chronic health issue in the United States today). If you've got anxiety, you'll find that flowing with footwork is a great way to unwind and release any energy that is no longer of service to you.

A Consciousness Rising (ACR)'s Winter Solstice Celebration is a 2-day celebration packed full of opportunities to connect with yourself and others ~ from yoga classes, holistic workshops, meditations, and sound healings to awesome local bands, energy work, spiritual chats, self expression and more!!
There will be local food vendors providing a variety of cuisines to satisfy every palate, as well as a local business cooking and catering all other options right on site!
We are partnering with local vendors from our community to provide beautiful handmade jewelry, consciously curated collections of unique items, yummy food, art and more!
We will have facilitators, healers, and creators that will be offering workshops and one-on-one/small group sessions throughout the weekend.
Everyone has the option to stay the night and cozy up by the fire for a giant community sleepover during our two-day Winter Solstice Celebration❄️
Kids are welcome! This is a family-friendly event 🙂
