Flow is a state of mind and a crafted, melodic, controlled direction of consciousness. If the natural state of the universe is chaotic - then a shift within our environment, our flow, and our actions must continuously occur in order to survive long term.
Algorithms are always changing. What we think we know is always being updated. Data is always flowing into the system. You may not be able to intuitively grasp it every time, but shift will always happen because of this. Even if you're doing everything "perfectly", information can enter the system that disrupts that. "I bought the house and got the family, why am I still depressed?" or "I can finally afford a comfortable life, but why am I uncomfortable?" or "I thought that chapter of my life was closed, why does it keep reopening?" or "Wow that didn't used to be an issue but now it is?"
What you ned in order to better understand these shifts is a solid foundational understanding of your personal system - who you are, what your intentions are, and what actions you've cast that may or may not have set forth a series of reactions. (In mathematics, we call these axioms - a statement or proposition on which an abstractly defined structure is based). How can you play the game if you don't even understand the rules your very existence have set forth?
If you find yourself feeling uncomfortable, insecure, or hyper critical of some aspect of your life, I think it's important to recognize it for what it is or else it will just keep inviting chaos in as a variable that you're refusing to convert into a new constant.
In short, if you dance without fear to enough music in life, flow will come naturally 🌊
