Sunset walks along the beach always clear the mind. I've made it mandatory to spend one hour a day to relax and really become in tune with myself. I like to call this time "state of the union."
Do you ever find yourself getting caught in a feedback loop with thoughts that cause anxiety because you're not sure what they mean or what you want to do with them? Start giving yourself "state of the union" time at the end of each day. They don't have to be an hour long like mine either!
That way, if you have a plaguing or disruptive thought during the day you can easily table it and tell yourself "it's okay friend, we will definitely take care of this later" and MEAN IT!
